Re: Feds finalize tighter regulations on gun stabilizing braces

I could see the BATFE eluding at least one of the points of contention by issuing disability waivers to those who demonstrate that they actually are disabled. That still means it has to be registered and what happens if they decide you aren't disabled enough to be granted a waiver? OR to disabled t...

Re: MDH going after Federal Cartridge

MDH went after Water Gremlin for lead. Now Federal. I would think that Federal would be testing those employees that deal with any of lead based parts on a regular basis. I was offered a welding job at a company that recycled automotive batteries. One of the requirements was testing every 6 months. ...

Re: Minnesota Gun Control Hearings Friday Feb 3rd

Will law enforcement be exempt? A number of reports of thefts from law enforcement vehicles. At least one a year that we actually hear of. WHO gets charged, the officers, sheriff, police chief, ?

Re: 3 customers carrying concealed pistols subdue armed robbery

Minnesota gas tax is 24 highest at .286 cents per gallon. You also need to take into account that regardless of the brand on the front of the station it may be a single owner station taking the loss.

Re: Coin purse?

A former member here sead “2 D cell batteries in a sock worked really well. Air port security didn’t blink. Most everything is a thing, until it’s used as a defensive weapon.

Re: Feds finalize tighter regulations on gun stabilizing braces

Not have read the article , is not an AR with a brace sold as a pistol? I’m guessing the possession of a brace will be a problem.

Re: Semiautomatic weapons ban becomes Illinois law

I wonder how this will apply to those “traveling through “ with an unloaded and cased firearm. Out of state Illinois hunters be careful. This will kill hand gun, 2 and 3 gun competition. You lever gun people are good to go. I can see a 5.56/223 lever gun coming to a store soon. A Henry 357 or 44 in ...

Re: Concealed-carry weapon license issued on Oahu

As I remember in the original Hawaii 5 O they had all kinds of fire fights. In the current 5 0 fully automatic fire fights. Oh , wait it’s Holly Wood TV. Even on TV the criminal as in real life does not follow laws. Carry on.

Re: The firing of Dick Metcalf from Guns & Ammo

As per the LEO comment I’ve shot at Bills Robinsdale Since they opened. The right side bay was originally law enforcement only. One day it was very busy and they asked if I wouldn’t mind going to the right side. I was possibly the first civilian to shoot on that side. I could not believe how shot up...

Re: Afghan evacuees cause 260 million in damages

Think of what is about to happen on our southern border. 260
Million will be a drop in the bucket. Also remember most of those Afghans are in subsidized housing. Just let that sink in.

Re: ATF upping its game in effort to get 'ghost guns' off NY's s

I believe that IF you are being a “ manufacturer “ and selling sead ghost guns you have crossed a legal line. Plus if you are selling to a banned buyer you are outside the law.

Re: What steps are you taking to help your significant other?

My wife has no idea of what I have. As she has no interest in them. She is a penny pincher with her money. No kids to pass anything onto she will do what ever she decides. Being dead or unable to know what is happening it will make no difference to me. My best guess is if or when she gets into the s...
