I had Ryan at Bill's put on Trijicon sights for me. Staked in front and dove tail rear. Got the sights from Bill's so labor was included. About $100.00 total. They work great and are easy to see. Can't go wrong for that IMO.

I own a NEOS as well. I love this gun. Never a hic-up, loves the cheap bulk ammo. It's my go to gun when I take a new shooter to the range. They always have fun shooting it and do very well hitting the target.
