Re: Eden Prairie Mall Locked Down

I think some Scheels stores offer gun smithing. I guess not the EP one.

As before mentioned, this will likely turn out to be an anti 2a ninny "swatting." This is how innocent people end up getting killed.

Re: StarTrib - Yet another article full of misinformation

I got banned long ago (not really banned, just that the comments never show up).

I also didn't break any rules. Indeed, typical of the "tolerant and all inclusive" left.

It's a pain to have to register another user through an anonymous VPN and throw away email, sigh.

StarTrib - Yet another article full of misinformation

http://www.startribune.com/shootings-drop-in-minneapolis-but-rounds-fired-are-on-the-rise/454026803/ “If I’m a private seller in Minnesota, I can sell to someone, and it’s a legal sale, even if it’s an illegal buy,” Bence said Huh? If there is anything illegal about the transaction, it ...

Re: 10 news on chanel 5 tonight )25th)

Sort of related.... a couple of years back, Scott county law enforcement dispatch would regularly let the cops know on the radio if a certain address had a permit to purchase. Kind of like this "Shakopee 123, please respond to 456 Any Street for a intoxicated male, address has a history of dome...

Re: Handgun Rental- South of the Minnesota River

I purposely utilize Burnsville Pistol Range because they don't rent firearms to the "rent a boomstick" crowd. I had a couple of scary experiences at a gun range that rents out firearms and will not go back. I will not be going to Burnsville Pistol Range any more. --Citiot I don't think th...

Said hi to former MN Rep Michael Paymar

Was at the Minnesota Symphony recently and saw former anti gun rep Michael Paymar taking his seat near mine. I politely said hi, and he said hi back (likely he is used to strangers saying hi). Then we both enjoyed the symphony and he was oblivious to the fact that I was carrying. I smiled to myself ...

Re: Beaverbrook gun club now open to the Public

I'm not seeing where the club is located. All I can ascertain is that it's somewhere in Anoka county.

Re: Constitutional Carry and Self Defense Law Reform to be heard

Just so I'm clear, they are going to put wording in the omnibus that allows 1st class citizens to carry at sports stadiums, but 2nd class citizens cannot? (we all know the Animal Farm cliche). I call this the "polices officer's lives have more value than my life (and my family's) law." Plu...

Re: Constitutional Carry and Self Defense Law Reform to be heard

I think there is a mixup. I think it might be a typo. There is chatter that the "Civilians that are also police officer's lives are more valuable than other Civilians who are not police officers" change (allowing them to go to U.S. Bank stadium armed while other civilians cannot). I think ...

Re: Constitutional Carry and Self Defense Law Reform to be heard

Confused. GOCRA Book Face says this: YOUR CALLS WORKED. Stand Your Ground (HB 238) will be added to the Omnibus bill on next TUESDAY. There will be an up/down vote but no further public testimony. Your PRESENCE is your speech. Arrive early to get a seat. PLEASE BE THERE. Tuesday, March 28, 2017 11:3...

Re: Off-duty cops still want to carry at Vikings games.

Police Officers (and retired Police Officers) are Civilians and should have no more (or less) rights than any other civilian.

If off duty officers (aka civilians) can carry at U.S. Bank stadium, all civilians (who can lawfully carry) should be allowed.

Re: Constitutional Carry and Self Defense Law Reform to be heard

Subterfuge is an act of desperation.

More I think of it, I agree, we should move on. Don't engage a person/group who would stand in front of a legislative committee and lie.

The antis were trounced. I think the bills will pass.
