Re: Introducing Oath Keepers--Are You One?

Don't local police already actively do a lot of the things on that list under one exception to the rule or another?

Re: EOTech 557

Pretty funny story. I was just ran across a person I went to high school with online and had a few messages back and forth after it came out he was also a gun type. The Eotech vs. Aimpoint debate I had came up and I mentioned I went with Eotech because I like the big window. It turns out he works fo...

Re: EOTech 557

I have the lower model, 512, think it's the same other than IR reticle option for NV that you have. I love mine. I've been pouring over information between the Eotechs and Aimpoint M4s because I'm planning to pick up 1 or 2 more optics and really thought hard about having one of each brand. It seems...

Re: void adult gun rights

I even have issues with what are termed violent crimes as felonies. Look at the kid in Edina. He points an airsoft at someone and it's called a felony. Shooting paint balls in a drive by is a felony. Propably throwing a waterballon is a felony. If you use that airsoft as a "prop" in an &q...

Re: void adult gun rights

Exactly, a felony is rape, murder, violent mugging etc. not taking too many deductions on your taxes.

Re: Good Lord, what was I thinking??

There must be something going around. I went on a bender trying to find a BA50 but seems like it's not something anyone will have in stock.

Nice looking gun btw. When you get caught for those thought crimes I'm sure they'll find this on the internet to prove what a "gun nut" you are. :D

Re: void adult gun rights

To me you do not have any rights in prison. Do the crime, do the time. Once you are fit to be let out, constitutional rights, including voting, should be reinstated. Just a personal opinion. I will agree with that. Once you have repaid your debt to society you should be treated as a full citizen ag...

Re: Roseville P. D.

It would have to be one of two options. As others mentioned if it's a credit card then they actually are someone around you that knows when to snatch your mail. If this is the case I wonder if they kept other mail of yours. The other option is they did the in store application for a Lowes card type ...

Re: What are the chances of THIS ???

The chances of it happening are pretty miniscule. The odds against someone snapping a high resolution pic at the exact instant it happens are astronomical. That's a keeper for sure.

Re: US Army Unveils Two Lighter, More Lethal Weapons

Why do I imagine fusing errors resulting in guns exploding or ammunition boxes going off randomly? Perhaps an anti weapon would be like an EMP programmed for the arming coding these rounds use causing them all to go off in a certain radius. I'm sure they thought of that though and made these hardwir...

Re: Disappointed: how come the cool ones gotta be so expensive?

For the money it looks like the Bushmaster BA50 is the way to go. I know some people don't like Bushmaster but I've had pretty good luck with them to date, limited as it is. The real question is will prices ever drop back to pre 09 levels? With expected jumps in inflation I'm starting to doubt price...
