All of the above are good recommendations. But I would like to point out that, while the course may have some bias towards semi-autos with detachable magazines - they are by no means necessary. A bolt gun, while it may require a little more effort and a higher learning curve, is more than suitable....

I don't remember seeing Minnesota Gun Rights at the legislature during the recent hearings testifying for the bills. I did see Andrew Rothman and Professor Olson of GOCRA at the table testifying.
