Re: TPT Almanac-Pediatric Gun Violence

Now there’s a question. If they pass a firearms storage bill how are they going to enforce it? Answer is they can’t. I speculate it would have little no effect on ‘gun violence’. What proportion of the guns involved in the problem instances are already illegally possessed? Will a law against improp...

Thanks for posting this, I didn't see this segment but have been busy with family stuff this weekend. We'll review.

We do have good dialogue w/ Cathy and Erik and both Rob and I have been on previously.

Possibly. There is not a current claim on post office carry in the courts that we're aware of....

Re: Walker Anderson's case

We're aware of the case and shared awhile ago w/ Walker's attorney. The case is still moving through pre-trial motions so this may yet come into play - however the judge earlier ruled on the motion to dismiss and upheld MN's law even post-Bruen. If he loses at trial this will undoubtedly be a point ...

Re: Private Transfer Form

Keeping a piece of paperwork around for 10 years??? And being able to find it when someone asks for it? Question: How LONG do they give you to find it? If I took this route I'd have it in a bank's safety deposit box so it would be banker's hours to produce it. I think buying or selling with a priva...

Re: Private Transfer Form

How is a firearm traced when a private transfer through an FFL is done unless the transferor keeps a record of the transfer through the FFL to show the FFL was used? I can contemplate many scenarios where a firearm trace hits a dead end. Actually most. You're completing a 4473 and that's traceable.
