I always install the gas block, lightly tighten the screws to make a whitness mark, then dimple the barrel and install

I think it said 5-6 30rnd mag dumps, no idea if its titanium, just sayin, they get hot

If you turn the die in or out even half a turn, it would greatly effect the force going into the crimp.
