Trade 40 S&W for 380

I no longer have use for the 40 S&W I have and would like to trade for some 380 (just picked up a Ruger LCP)

Here is what I have:

6 - boxes of Federal 180 grain FMJ (50)
1 - box of Remington 180 grain JHP (100)
1 - box of Winchester 165 grain FMJ (100)

did half a case of ammo seriously just sell for $35?
