Here are a few shots of my reloading/gun room. I try to keep it clean and organized. I seem to the the odd one here (not the first time in my life ;) ) I use to have the press mounted on the right side of the bench and I would sit in a chair while running the press. I've since moved it to the left and now stand while running the press. I find it much easier to run the press while standing especially for my bad back.

The bench is all glued and screwed with two sheets of plywood for the tops. I have a piece of hard board to finish the top. This isn't glued and can be easily replaced. It's a quick way to refinish the bench.

I keep my powders and primers on the opposite side of the room and only bring to the bench what I am reloading at the time.

I have a compressed air line coming down from the garage (the blue hose by the flag). I also have an exhaust fan installed in the ceiling above the cleaning bench (third pic, left bench). My tumbling stuff and most of my brass in kept in the garage.

Joe, I really like how your room is setup. Nicely done!

I absolutely agree. Very nice and neat. The side-by-side, the leverguns and the model 97 (I think) are a beautiful accent too.
I have a Colt Python and you don't so what do I care...

Ahren's bench hasn't been that clean since before he built it.
Mine was for about a week after I built it.

Once I spilled red Dychem on it, I figured it was a free-for-all.

Pics would be wonderful.

Let's see that new Hornady on your bench!

It's on the bench in the last pic I posted.

I haven't mounted anything to the bench yet. I'm still unsure of doing a modular mount or bolting the two presses down.

I don't have any bullets for the type of ammo I'll be making on that thing, so it's not like I need to hurry up and plant it.

I've got hornady XTP's, but I'm not reloading SD ammo on the progressive. I'll do that one at a time.

I need to order some plinking bullets and then I'll worry about running the LNL. Right now, I'm more concerned about getting my .25-06 loads made and tested than I am about handgun ammo. I've still got 2 100rd boxes of WWB for the .45.

Do what you want, but when my life might count on it, I'm gonna do it the meticulous old fashioned "nothing slips through the cracks" way.

A gun blowing up in your hand is bad, but it's really bad when you needed it to take out a threat.
