all i have now is lee dies. do the lee dies work well with a hornady LNL progressive? or would it be a good idea to get another set of dies that are more progressive friendly?

user293 wrote:just put together the LNL today and found out possibly why it was in the bargain cave, its missing the retainer spring ( the one that goes around the shell plate) and its misisng the equipment to change over to small primers. cabelas should have this stuff right? i know i need a 45 shell plate, but i should grab a spring and hopefully small primer conversion as well.

Cabelas will not have the parts, nobody in town will. I smoked a few springs back in the day and just called up Hornady and had them send me 10 of them for next to nothing.
As for the primer set up, who needs small primers! Only girls shoot rounds with small primers!
