Low velocity wound channel = 5* diameter of projectile
High Velocity wound channel = 20* diameter of projectile

I don't remember exactly where the break was but I thought it was 2000 fps (Actually, IIRC, his numbers were in a weird format. It was basically handgun vs rifle)
