On your tumbling, I only tumble with crushed walnut shells that i buy from Petsmart or Petco. It is so fine that it can't clog the flash hole. I do ad a small amount of Nu Finish car wax as it helps shine the brass. This might help you shorten one step.

Like you, I use One Shot case lube and I tumble in the same mix as above for 5 minutes and it seems to remove all the lube.

I'm no where near the caliber of most on here but I do take pride in my equipment being clean, functioning properly every time. I would love to shoot 3 Gun but my disability limits that for me. Hopefully there will be something setup for people with limited walking or mobility issues to compete with our guns. I know that Bench Rest might be a challenge, but it is not the type of competition i think I would enjoy.

BigDog, I've seen people shoot 3-gun with all sorts of disabilities, I've seen them shoot from both wheel chairs and powered scooters. Hell I got beat at a major match last year by a guy with no fricken legs. A marine veteran double amputee on prosthetics. I don't know what your disability is, but as long as you have the heart, the physical stuff is a small hurdle. Furthermore, I don't think I've ever met a match directer that wasn't willing to make adjustments to a course of fire if needed for safety or health reasons of a participant. Generally the local matches aren't near as physical as some of the bigger national events you may have seen either. There's a match coming up in March at the SCAPSA range in ST. Cloud, if you're interested in trying 3-gun, start a thread to talk about it and what challenges you may face. You will find lots of folks (myself included) are willing to go out of their way to help out a new shooter with gear, guns, advice and whatever else.
