Are these sold yet? I would like to buy them if not. I need to work on my Bill drills.

Atta boy!
May I assume you're not here to inquire about the alcohol or the tobacco?

I don't know dick about reloading except what I've read on this forum, and that I wish I would have started doing it years ago. Seems to be a fair amount of knowledge and experience out here that are worth paying attention to, regardless of the delivery method. I thank all of you who share that knowledge and experience here so that I can learn a few things.

Sometime in the next month or so I'm planning to BTFM and then spend some time RTFM so I can maybe think about the process of getting started next year. :?

Then I'm gonna go see OldmanFCSA to learn some basics in person and make a donation to his shop. :D

Then I can post some good noob questions and get personally roasted by Sam, et al. Maybe he can even rake me over the coals in person since I live so close...

I got "tough love" from my instructors and my FTO when I was a probie firefighter, it did me a lot of good. I'm sure getting roasted as a rookie reloader will do the same.

If you go to Oldman first, you'll have enough in your head that you wn't be asking any stupid n00b questions at all, so you'll be off my radar for good. Hell, just the decisions you made in the proper order in your post pretty much DQ you from getting on my list. Oh, and seeing as you were/are a firefighter, you know what it means to put your life on the line, and I'm sure you have probably seen a few drunks and idiots who spent their last seconds or the next twenty years of their life wishing they could take that one stupid move back...

Ready whenever you are. And when I'm done with you, the only good newbie question is which "electronic scale" to buy.
SSam will willingly educate you on the simplicity of using an inexpensive electronic scale ................... as a target.

I can get you started even before you buy equipment, and will explain the best equipment to buy for your needs.
And my equipment can be rented at my shop, IF I approve of your attitude and respect for equipment.

I've heard others say it is hard to piss me off, but if you do, you will well know it. The neighbors can hear me yell from a 1/2 mile away.

Just kidding - but you WILL LISTEN to my instructions, before using any equipment.

Yeah, saw plenty of that, especially as it related to stupid people operating something far more dangerous than a gun: an automobile. It's bad enough when they take themselves out of circulation, but they have a really nasty habit of taking other people out too. That's always tough to stomach, especially when kids are involved. I started in that biz when I was 18, makes you grow up fast.

Anyways, don't douse the coals, put the n00b sauce away, and give up on me just yet; I'm sure I'll ask something roastworthy along the way. When/if I do I expect to get cracked for it, and I won't take offense as long as you keep my mother out of it. I'll do my best to stay off the permanent list though! ;)

Boy some people really get butt hurt when the resident curmudgeon tries to educate them. He didn't question their ancestry or species he just told the truth in a plain fashion. I think we all benefit when someone asks us what are you thinking!!There are places around the Internet where dangerous practices are promoted without question. we are lucky to have some guidance on these issues.

I must admit I did not think about this, just how illegal is this? I reload for myself and buddy of mine because he does not have a press and I enjoy reloading. I break even on the bullets I reload for him. We also shoot sporting clays and we split the costs for the components but I reload the shotgun shells.

Sir, yes sir! If there's one thing I know for certain about reloading it's that I want to learn the easy way by taking in knowledge from those with experience, not the hard way by doing it wrong and blowing up my rifle, pistol, or face.

I look forward to the opportunity.

You're Hosed Bro! Straight to Prison!

( As long as you both are buying components, and not selling for profit, you guys are fine)
