Walmart by Nothtown had some .223 if any one is looking. I think it was Trulia or some brand like that. I never seen that brand before.

Great ammo for the price, plus n chasing brass. Never had an issue through thousands of rounds. Does not hurt your firearm either.

The steel case doesn't hurt anything, but the bimetal jacket does accelerate barrel wear from what I've read. There was a great article about this on Lucky Gunner: http://www.luckygunner.com/labs/brass-v ... ased-ammo/

Pretty well put together research project, I think it was posted on here previously too.

WM getting lots of HORNADY FUSION in heavier bullet weights. You guys with 1:8 or 1:9 rejoice! My 24" .920 1:14 SS ER SHAW Likes smaller grain weights. Seen at cliff road WM and in the ghetto.

IIRC, that's still a steel case and bi-metal jacket, but it the case is coated with brass.

Tula Brass maxx is fiocchi brass (reloadable) and a lead core bullet (passes the magnet test) and a good deal for practice rounds
