I've been seeing more components and hard to find items around more lately.

I'm thinking that around Mid-July things might be back to semi normal.

Scheels in Waite Park (St. Cloud) had almost everything I wanted Friday. I found Small, Large and Large Rifle Primers, an 8lb of Bullseye, 4lb of Power Pistol and 1 lber's of Varget. They also had Magnum primers but I don't remember whether large or small. They had many other powders in stock. As well as plenty of 9mm Berry's (But expensive @ $24.99 per 250) in 115 & 124 grain. They also had plenty of Berry's in .400 and .45 ACP but I don't remember grain size.

They even had vibratory tumblers, Dillon parts etc..

I owe thanks to rtwills for calling me and alerting me. If I hadn't overslept and missed his phone call, I would not have had to drive up yesterday. Be aware, the traffic on 94 West sucks where they are doing the construction. Be prepred to completely stop at tiimes :(

I heard a rumor which said not to expect any new shipments of Hodgdon or Winchester powders until the first of the year.
I will never apologize for being an American.

Must be BOGUS Rumor. Scheels had Plenty of Hodgdon powders and some Winchester. Both, they received this week. I was told Cabels had some as well.

Maybe, But I haven't seen any Hodgdon or Winchester rifle powders listed on any of the big online retailer's websites since January. Ditto goes for RL15.

ETA: I take that back, I have seen plenty of 50BMG and some other heavy magnum powders, just nothing else.

Unforunately Scheels doesn't sell those type components online. They had RL15 yesterday. Had I known that I was going sooner, I could have posted the trip up on here. I did manage to contact those friends that I knew were lokking for specific items.

I even found four Turrets for my Lee Classic Turret and then contacted Doxapar after remembering he was looking for them as well. I believe he got his before we depleted their stock...

And.. thank you for that!

I ordered one extra so if someone needs a 4-hole turret plate for their Lee press feel free to let me know. They are a pain to find.

I got four last night and I don't know how many he got, but I called Doxapar, JUST IN TIME. He was about to hit the buy button on Amamzon, where they wanted $23 ea... Helping each other and sharing info does save us a few dollars here and there.

Guns and Gear had them too, but they wanted $44.99 a box. I left there and got them for $39.99 at Scheels. Still a bit high, but I needed them.

If you get in a bind FJ540 give me a shout and I'll help you out ;)

Nah, just looking to ramp up for the next K and happened to be in the area on other business.

The frame and guts of the 2011 will be here tomorrow, the slide and mags will be here Tuesday. If I'm lucky, I'll have it running in a few weeks. Once that happens, I'll likely be in 9mm trouble.

I'm going to be in Nirvana soon. Going with Oldman and watch him shoot 50 Cal 1100 yds. I can't wait to see the 50's shoot.

It will be my first time seeing those big rounds shooting :high5:
