▐▐▐ 9mm ammo - corrosive / surplus old ammo

Postby dessoir on Sat Sep 21, 2013 3:56 pm

Hey guys,

I've been looking online to no avail for some old, surplus corrosive 9mm ammo. Any idea where I could get some? I hear it's much cheaper than modern stuff.

Thanks!

Have you read up on the downside of using it? To give you a clue - it is not it's old age ;)

Did you just buy that beautiful firearm, or are you trying to sell that piece of crap?

And just in case that was a serious, but incredibly naieve question, you're looking for stuff that's WWII or even OLDER. That makes it incredibly rare if any exists at all, and the chances are pretty good the powder may have deteriorated into something dangerous or just useless dust. Plus there's no telling if the corrosive primer compound has outgassed and corroded the brass case itself. Are you sure somebody didn't prank you and feed you a totally BS idea?

If that's the only reason you're looking for it then look for Tulammo 9mm at Walmart, it about $10 a box of 50.
