Lee powder scoops are good for just one thing: Being the powder measuring system of a Lee Whack-a-Mole kit. They work, and as long as all you're after is ammo that will shoot and cycle the action if it's an automatic, they have their place. But that's IT. The minute you want to tailor ammo for a particular gun of yours, you need a powder measure and beam scale or digital that has a MINIMUM accuracy of .002 gram or .05 grain. Plus the beginning reloader will NOT understand that dipping shallow versus dipping deep will affect the weight, as well as ANY shaking or vibration when you dip. Powder dippers are like BDU's in the Army: You get a choice of 4 sizes and 3 lengths, and that's it. Don't expect to get ANYTHING that fits the way you want it...
