Depending on where you go, right now - yes.

Gunstop - probably has the widest selection of available powders in the TC metro
Cabela's doesn't have everything, but they do have a decent selection - mostly Hodgdon/IMR/Winchester, but they do have some Norma and Alliant.
Fleet Farm and GM - very limited selection (at least in Lakeville).

I haven't been to Ahlman's or Wolf's Den in what seems like forever, so couldn't tell you what they have.

I was at Ahlman's about two weeks ago. They are still pretty light on shotgun/pistol powders. My general experience has been that for pistol it's not difficult to find something appropriate for most any caliber. I would say the hardest to find right now is 4# and 8# kegs of powder for 12ga shotgun.
