I would learn how to reload in my spare time.
Equipment can be paid for quickly dependent on quantity and quality produced.
Components are readily available, just need to buy in bulk.

Any one know where or who to contact for reloading mentoring ?

There's a guy who's even bigger than me who lives in a cave under the waterfall in Osceola. Supposedly he has more reloading stuff and presses than Carter has liver pills...

For AR-15 style rifles, do not use steel cased ammo.

I've never had a problem. I only prefer brass so I can reload it but other than that steel ammo is fine. Go look at lucky gunners test.
