Has anyone tried any off this newer (Federal #729) bulk Range Pack ammo yet? If so, what are your opinions? Thanks!

They keep getting smaller... Pretty soon a "bulk pack" is going to just be a 50 ct box.

CCI .22 LR Blazers at PSA. Deal of the day through tomorrow, boxed in 50 round boxes, ten to a brick. $29.99 isn't a stellar price but it ships free if you buy at least 5.

The walmart in southern Utah where I live has federal automatch 325 rd packs for $14 and some change.
There are 3 local stores and they have been getting the sruff in randomly and no limits on sales.
Thats still about 3~4 dollars cheaper than Sgammo or Psa.

Just tried the Federal Hunter Match 22 Long Rifle.

Man does that stuff shoot nice in my Marlin 795.

What are you guys seeing for sale in your fleetfarm stores?
That was always my barometer for ammo prices.
I remeber $10 bricks of 500 rds for federal.
Just wondering.

Looks like the 2017 CCI .22LR Christmas Packs will be hitting the market soon. Wonder why they went to bulk packs versus the previous 100 and 50 round Xmas boxes?

Probably because of all the spouses that gave a single 50/100 pack and got looks of "That's it? I can shoot that in 2 minutes."
