Winchester Mil brass

Is there something different between this brass and LC brass? Was removing the mil crimp and used a cleaning tool to clean the bottom of the pocket and it fit right in on brass I did not ream out. So tried to put a primer in brass that I haven't reamed out. fit right in. The ring is there though. Bought from a member hear. This is a first for me with mil brass not needing reamed out.

If it’s headstamped WCC, it’s not military brass necessarily.

One of the things that does happen is ammo that doesn’t meet military QC requirements as mil spec, but meets SAAMI is perfectly ok to sell.

What do you think XM193 ammo was? It wasn’t M193.

Biden EO’d some additional restrictions on selling milsurp ammunition, or so I recall.
