I know I don't live very close but if you need to run any loads your more then welcome to come over and use my setup. Dawn suggested I make this offer to you and I'm glad she thought of it. 8-)

That does look pretty odd. Right on the screw hole. Wonder if it was an overtightened screw that cracked an already weaker than normal frame? Pretty unlikely given the size of those screws, I imagine the threads would strip before you could do any damage of that sort.

Keep us posted, my 550 is available to fill the gap also. I don't have the components stockpiled to keep it running anyway!
