Since I live a few blocks away, I'll report in on my various trips into this store.

5/8: 615am.

1 box of WWB .357 SIG
7-8 value boxes of WWB .40 S&W (100/ea)
3-4 boxes of Blazer Brass 9mm
Several boxes of .38 Special

I purchased 1 box of WWB 9mm and 5 boxes of Blazer Brass 9mm. What's list above is what was left after I departed.

Is it best to check Walmarts in the morning? How often do they restock ammo? I'll usually go after work, but the shelves are always empty. They say there is no rhyme or reason in terms of when they restock. Do most people have success going early in the morning?

I found more ammo this morning there than I've seen in 2-3 weeks of checking once or twice a week in the evenings.

Though this past weekend, I did find 10-12 boxes of S&W .40 (100 round packs) at this Wal-Mart in the evening.

I was told to call each morning to see what came in the night before. They usually stock it early a.m..

I'll vouch for that, of the times I used to be in Wal-Marts looking for ammo, they'd often be re-stocking shelves after midnight (these in the 24 hour Wal-marts). So I'd think a guy would have his best luck in the early mornings.

Now instead of Walmart, I scour the reloading shops. Same diff.

I went into the Eagan Wal mart tuesday morning at 9 and they were just starting to put away what came in overnight.
