Well if you can find them the CCI BR2's seem to work best for my .243's, but for hunting just about any large rifle works great, my .243's don't seem to be all that picky. My go to powder is RL 15, i buy it in 8lb jugs, its a great powder for .243 and 22-250 both of which I shoot allot of. The RL 15 will work really well for bullets 58-87 grains in size, once into the 90+ range I like to switch to RL19, it doesn’t flow thru the powder funnel as well and tends to bridge but its a great powder. For my large competition bullets like 107-115 grain VLP, DTACS ect I go to RL22 and 4831SC.
But for all around use I say pick up a 5lb jug of RL15, you will like it and if you don't I'll buy it off you!
Also not sure what you’re hunting /shooting or what your twist rate is on the barrel, length ect... a little more info would give us some better stuff to go on.
