How much rimfire do you shoot per year?

Due to popular demand. How much rimfire do you shoot per year? Includes 22LR and I don't care where you found it.
Post what kind you buy and what you shoot it out of. Rife or Pistol? 22 short or 22LR or .44 Henry?

I usually do about 4 or 5 bricks per year, depending. Probably less now that the kiddo is coming to the range with her single shot .22. That really slows down the rate of fire teaching a 7yo to use peep sights. I might make a mount and put a dot on it this spring to just her used to lining up 1 single thing with a target, instead of having to try and work on front sight, rear sight, and target.

I shoot mainly CCI Mini-Mags, CCI Blazers and CCI Standards.....about 500 rounds every other month!

Ruger MK II's, Ruger MK III's, Ruger 10/22's, Ruger Single Sixes and Browning Buckmarks.

Usually from a scoped bolt action rifle for offhand practice. I tried to get as near a duplicate of my hunting rifle as possible. Probably 3000 rounds a year.

Mostly cheap federal, but occasionally I will use either Eley tenex or CCI green tag to keep myself honest.

I don't shoot much handgun .22 as I just don't spend the time with it. Maybe 1000 rounds a year there. Mostly at bowling pins.

I shoot about a box of federal bulk a month through my 10/22, give or take. So between 4-6k a year.

when I first got it, it was bad. frickin jam-o-matic man. then I started to tinker with the mags and the feed ramp got a polish job. Plus since I have started using Italian Gun Grease, I don't have many FTF issues at all. When I got it back from Beretta for the recall, It was like a new gun(jammed like hell) but it likes Federal bulk pack and CCI mini mags and hasn't jammed in 4 range sessions(knock on wood)

I used to go through 2 bricks a weekend when me and my buddy would just hike through the woods and plink. Now the 10/22 has a bull barrel on it that would really kill how long I wanted to hike it around. I've toyed with the idea of a 22/45, I like the ability to customize.

I shoot as many rimfire rounds per year as there are squirrels at my bird feeder!! Plus I got an automatic clean-up service now. Shot one or two a month ago, and the bodies disappeared, and Sasha did not eat them. WTF???

We have a Redtail hawk that makes his home on our property, and he has learned that it pays to sit in the big oak tree next to the patio and see if there are any "snacks" lying in the middle of the patio. If so, they are "air mailed" away, never to be seen again... :mrgreen:
