Any locally-cast 45 200g LSWC?

Postby KeithNyst on Tue May 08, 2012 6:14 pm

Are there any Twin Cities area companies/individuals that cast/sell 45 200g LSWC? I wouldn't mind supporting someone local if the quality is good and price reasonable. Thx, Keith

There is a guy in Faribault... Leo Dwyer I think?

I used to buy from his son, really good prices. I know Ahlman's used to sell them.

ETA: Got his phone number, he also makes custom steel targets and gunsmithing. IM me if you want his number.

Come to the Faribault IDPA match on May 16th. Leo runs it and will bring what you need if you call him ahead of time.

His label is "Cast & Blast", Gun Stop use to carry them also.

I have shot Leo's lead 200 gr SWC for 15 years or so. I used to shoot 5k to 10k a year in IPSC. Not so much lately. I shoot less now and tend to shoot plated or jacketed more.
Because I care, I carry.

Red River Bullets is from North St Paul. I used to buy them from Hoffy's (in Woodbury). Call and talk to Dan.
