You guys ever heard of or seen (or, better yet, used) these? I've seen their ammo all over the place... shot about a gazillion rds of it. Never seen primers from them.

The same thing as Wolf primers in different packaging.
I will never apologize for being an American.

Others have had issues, but I will let them post their summations. One was one of my students that provided his own primers.

A buddy of mine loaded up some 223 with Tulammo small rifle primers and H335 powder. When we were shooting them there was a distinct delay in ignition where we could hear the hammer hit the firing pin then the round went off. I was told on this forum that they have a reputation for weak ignition and may not work as well with ball type powder which requires hotter ignition.

I have talked with others who used the same components but have not noticed that issue.

As far as seating they are equal to CCI primers in that they can be a little snug in the pocket.

Your mileage may vary.

I have used the Wolf LPP for years, never had a bad one yet! Would like to find some more :(
Striker fired pistols need an external safety like a Subaru needs a spoiler!

I've been through a few thousand LP, a thousand SP, and a couple thousand LR. All of them went bang, I'd buy them again. I also think they seem a little tight in the primer pockets. Especially the SP.
Remember, gun control is not about guns, it's about control.

I purchased 2000 Tulammo primers, 1000 small pistol and 1000 large pistol. The large pistol primers have a gold colored finish, they have worked perfectly in all my 44s and 45s. I've used up almost all of them and have no complaints.

The small pistol primers are another story, the ones I purchased have a silver colored finish. I've had at least 30 misfires out of the 400 primers I've shot. I've had issues in 2 different semi-autos and 3 different revolvers. Even after multiple strikes from a revolver, some of the Tulammo small pistol primers never went off.
