Dillon has about the best warranty in the business so even if something is messed up you are covered. At that price you're really taking no risk as you can always flip the thing on eBay for more than you are looking to pay. :)

The press comes with one toolhead, primer pickup bars and tubes and powder measure head, etc. There are no dies included. I am getting rid of one press only.

Still sound like a good deal?

The standard 550b from the factory (for $440) includes:

• Machine with caliber conversion kit (shellplate, locator buttons, powder funnel) in the caliber of your choice.
• Powder measure with standard large and small powder bars (small installed), Small bar throws from 2.1 to 15 grains of powder Large bar throws up to 55 to 60 grains of powder.
• One prime system with large and small priming parts.
• One large and one small pick up tube
• Low Primer Alarm
• One toolhead
• One powder die
• One loaded cartridge catch bin
• One written instruction manual
• One set of standard Allen wrenches

... the part I'd confirm you are getting is the caliber conversion kit, and if so which one? They run about $45 a pop if you are not getting one with the kit or need a different one for the caliber you are loading. Otherwise based on the photo (minus the dies as specified) it looks complete.

no conversion kits are included. he is going to use them on his other press.

So I guess I'm looking at getting some conversion kits and some dies to get this thing rolling.

You only need the one true caliber 8-)

And if you need to buy conversion kit and die set, this is an ok deal. Not great.
