Check out this picture, tell me if you know what the one on the left is. The one on the right is a 9mm luger.

I've never seen these before and its not in my reloading books. I looked it up on the interweb and found out but I'm curious to see who else is familiar with it.

Have you tried to cut and size 223's ? I was told it works.
