They had the 300 round CCI Swamp People for $29.99 at the Eden Prairie store when I was there yesterday. Also Federal Automatch 325 for I want to say $24.99. Was going to get some just in case it becomes hard to get after the election. However when I got to the checkout and both open cashiers had 6 people waiting in line I put it down and walked out.

Several dozen boxes left at Woodbury (as I write this from the parking lot). No limit that I saw. Tens of thousands of rounds of other .22lr also in stock.

I know it is not .22 ammo... but today's $18.79, for Ruger BX-25 magazines seems like a pretty good deal!

Sportsmans Guide has dozens of bulk packs of Colibri and Subsonic .22, and oodles of other options in the outlet store. Not the greatest prices for the Federal Auto-match, but the goofier rounds were in-line with old pricing ($40-50 a brick).

Only thing I didn't see was .22 shorts.

Sportsman's guide outlet in S St Paul
CCI 39.99 per brick
$10 black friday coupon for over $49
buyer's club discount -$2/ brick
if my morning math works - 6.6 cpr for 2 bricks

There was a full pallet sitting on the floor - plus no cut off box ends. No line at 7:00

Okay, while I have been shooting 22Lr in rifles for 62 years and 22LR in pistols for 61 years, I didn't really keep shooting 22 after I bought my first REAL gun, a 1970 9mm Browning Hi-Power. (Yes, I still have it!!)

As such, what number of rounds constitutes "a brick" these days? It is 500 rounds, or something else that is variable and may change depending on how much the manufacturers can get out of you for bulk 22 ammo??

In my opinion... Back in the day, I took "a brick" to mean 500 rounds of .22, although there was also 555 rounds which I also considered a brick. I think there was also a 300 round "brick" or was it 333...?
