ISO local source for 223 brass

Is there a good local source for once shot 556/223 brass? You can pick it up for roughly $80 per 1000 shipped on the old interweb. I don't mind paying a premium to keep my dollars local, but I am looking to keep paying my mortgage, not someone else's. Any help would be appreciated!

Gun Stop Reloading Supplies in Minnetonka typically has 223 brass. Their prices are competitive if not the lowest. Depends if you want to buy Hornady or Lapua match grade brass or something less expensive.

Burnsville Pistol Range typically sells it by the 1 gallon freezer bag. Best to call them before just driving down as they don't always have some.

I too have looked for a local supply, but have been disappointed by the prices I've seen/been quoted.

Top Brass has 1000 mixed 556/.223 for $60+shipping. I've been able to get similar or better prices for quantities of 1000+, makes it difficult to justify paying $80+ locally.

I have not heard what the local clubs like Oakdale do with the range brass they collect. Anyone know?

its auctioned off annually. I don't have any info in front of me, but a club member could get a bidding form. Bidding is open to pubic.

I have .223 brass available, that has been tumbled and shined, resized in a precision match die, and the !#@$%^&%$#@^^&#$&   primer crimp taken out of it, AND all the same headstamp, so it's ready to load immediately . 10 cents per case, in batches of 200. In particular, I have Lake City, Federal, and Remington headstamps, and maybe a few more. PM me if you're interested.

PM and we can make deal.

She will bag it for you at BPR. Cheap by the gallon bag. But not sorted. Get ready to pitch the thin web junk. Also some military crimp there because of Feds coming thru
