Roll or taper crimp for revolver?

Roll crimp everything or crimp depending n load (bunny fart to full house)?

I roll heavy loads on bullets with a cannelure, but taper target loads with plated bullets. Roll crimping is OK if kept light, but increases your chances of cutting through the plating.

I do the same as MJY65. I use a Redding taper crimp die for light rounds with plated bullets and a Redding profile crimp die for heavy rounds with jacketed bullets.
