Sometimes I make a wicked green or red curry that is too hot, but as long as I don't plan to leave the house for a few hours the results are not so devastating.

For you, maybe. But what about the rest of the people in the house??

Funny thing is, the only one of those guns you could send back to the manufacturer and have fixed for free, is the Hi Point.

It might be better to send it back, and tell them to "keep it" 8-)

Guns are not the problem, people are the problem. And short of lobotomizig everyone who has a bad thought they will continue to be for the forseeable future.

I have a picture of a spontaneous disassembly of a Thompson Center hanging over my loading bench just to remind me to think about what I am doing.

Sometimes my 444Marlin T/C Contender pistol baffles me.

Or at least it used to.

Before I changed the locking lug to a two-piece locking lug, it would open up upon firing, fire the brass over my shoulder, and close action. All I would feel was a little extra recoil snap in wrist.
It was baffling until a range officer started laughing behind me as he had observed it happening during his watch.

Imagine opening the action of your single-shot pistol to not find a case of a cartridge you just fired.

Loads were full-power rifle loads using IMR4198 powder and 300 grain Nosler or Hornady projectiles.

Speed is Fine, Accuracy is final....but accurate hits at extremely high speed is final much faster.
I don't think you understand, these boys killed my dog!
Taking the gun off safe increases the velocity by 100%
