I would also recommend taking the die apart to clean it. I use OneShot and have never had a case stick with it.

Why are you using Ballistol for a lube?

You need a better lube. I use the Lee stuff. a dab on the finer "rolled" the length of the case and every so often a bit inside the case neck.

The one shot lubes you have to be careful. You need are supposed to let them dry before sizing. The Lee stuff lets me lube and size immediately.

A lube made from lanolin and alcohol is supposed to be good. Google that. A tube of the Lee lasts me long enough and is cheap enough that I do not feel the need to concoct my own. I have enough trouble finding time to do things. I don't want to add another chore to the list.

Hornady Unique. A little dab on the fingers and rub the case as you insert it in the shellholder is all it takes.

I spray the brass I'm going to load and ket it set for at least a minute.

I use home made Isopropyl/Lanolin mix to lube everything I load that needs lubing, ranging from 30 Carbine to 50 BMG. I use a 12/1 mix of 99% Isopropyl Alcohol/ Lanolin Oil. My final cost runs approx. $.50 an ounce. I use a lot, mainly because the majority of my reloading is 50 BMG.

Just be sure to give the sprayed on mixture a few minutes for the alcohol to evaporate BEFORE you start resizing. NOT waiting WILL get you stuck brass. I guess I've been lucky. After lubing literally thousands of cases I' have not stuck a case.

If I and just doing a quick resize of a few cases (less than 20) I'll grab Imperial Sizing wax, but this doesn't happen often.

You shouldn't have to grit your teeth to push a case into the die.

you've just said it all
