CCI Aluminum cases

Has anyone reloaded these? I was given several hundred 9mm cases, I know several years ago they were marked N R (non reload-able and were berdan primed).

Don’t bother.

There are folks out there that do it….but, you have to source Berdan primers….and reload brittle aluminum cases.

Still brittle aluminum cases. I’d pass. You can find plenty of brass cases available.

Aluminum is not recommended to be reloaded. It doesn’t have the same elasticity as brass, and you run a substantial risk of case ruptures. They’re a lot like steel where they’re generally a one-and-done casing.
