Looking for a little feedback on a few reloads I worked up for my 6.5 Grendel:

Maybe I'm not particular enough about pressure signs, but those primers look okay to me.

I'll qualify my statement by saying that I load and shoot a lot of .308 and 50 BMG match ammunition. Some of my .308 cases show some flattening of the primers (worse than yours) after firing, and almost every one of my 50 cal cases has a primer that is significantly flatter than it was when I loaded it.

In the case of the 50 cal ammo, I've consulted with other shooters and there is a consensus that some amount of primer deformation should be expected, particularly when trying to accelerate an 800 grain solid to something like 2700 fps by the time it leaves the barrel...

If you were asking about something other than pressure signs, I'm afraid I didn't understand the question. Sorry.

They look fine. What did your chronograph say?

I agree they look ok.

There are an accumulation of signs to say overpressure.

Your case heads and primers are 2 and both look acceptable.

Velocity, extraction, case expansion (at the case base area), and function are others.
