Cheap bullets! good source

Postby JFettig on Wed Sep 19, 2007 3:05 pm

I just received my order of 3000 115gr 9mm winchester hollow base bullets from this guy for $56/1000 thats 5.6 cents vs paying nearly 8 cents per bullet at midwayusa.com
http://www.tjconevera.com/index.html
He has a small selection but great prices.
These jacketed bullets are actually cheaper than Berries from Cabellas, if I find a need for any more anytime soon I'm sure I'll be ordering from him again! I'll probably grab some .224 cal bullets when those come back in stock, they are also 5.85 cents each.
I ordered Sunday night, got an e-mail back within half hour saying "Thanks for the order, will ship Monday" and I just received them today(Wednesday).

These 3000 bullets will go good with my 3000 cases

Thats exactly what I got, I only bought 3k, they are identical to the bullets that come from WWB from wallyworld.
These bullets shoot very good and are very accurate.

They ship them in flat rate boxes, it was nearly 60lbs I'm sure for my order.

I guess I'm checking in as the short stack since I ordered a mere 1000 9mm HBs. I bought 300 of the same (plus a bunch of other crap) from John at Gunstop the other day at $.08+tax a piece. The free shipping was the real deal-maker for me. Thanks for the tip, Jon!

You guys and your puny bullets. The danged 44's and 45's cost twice as much and they're not even jacketed. :x

I might have to bookmark this site... I'm going to buy my first reload equipment (Dillon 550) around the end of the year.

I got a USPS flat-rate Priority Mail package in the mail today with my name and address hand-written, an Illinois origin, a PO box for a return address, and it was heavy as hell. My first thought, "mail bomb." I've ordered a couple things recently including shotgun parts and XD mags from MidwayUSA and computer parts from Newegg, but had kind of forgotten about those bullets. After all, I didn't even receive an email invoice or confirmation.

He really got those here fast! The guy must live in his van full of bullets with his laptop, a roll of shipping tape, and a Sharpie. His website title, TJCONEVERA.COM, is a little cryptic so I named his bookmark "Bullets!" and filed it under "Gun Stuff."

I like his no-nonsense style, You give me a credit card and a quantity and I'll get you your order right quick without any chit chat in between; just the way it should be.

A thousand bullets weighs a lot. I have a lot of work ahead of me...and a lot of shooting.

I too like the service, I wish I could afford to use it more often

1000 bullets don't weigh too much, all 3000 of mine came in one box :D

Glad you guys got your stuff quick too!

I ordered 5K of the 124gr 9mm on Monday, they were on my doorstep yesterday afternoon. All supplied in factory winchester 100rd baggies, perfect delivery, great price!
I recommend http://www.tjconevera.com/index.html, the price for 9mm is better than anywhere else I've found.
