Well he sat still for all of 2 seconds while he was awake yesterday. Here is more than just his face.

We had a German Shorthair -- EXCELLENT hunter...worked slow and methodical, never a problem finding birds and filling the limit. Lost him at 9 years of age when his stomache ruptured...surgery was successful, but he threw a clot and died just after waking up from surgery...was a tough loss and haven't had another since.... Someday we'll venture down the German Shorthair road again though -- they make great dogs.

Enjoy him and the many hunts he'll lead you on!!
There is no guarantee of the first without the second.
