I dunno know Gunny, a Gunnery Sergeant of Marines is a match for just about anything anything in this world but some how I am not sure you are ready for 100 middle (6th to 8th grade) school kids. An entirely different world and very different methods of control and disipline is required. :D

Dean - congratulations to your son ! I still remember how I felt when I got my first deer (buck). It wasn't that many years ago.

I took a doe Monday night of the MN season. We sat in howling wind the first 2 days and saw a few, but in a shotgun zone, they need to be closer than they were. Monday we saw the sun rise and it got warm in the afternoon. She walked right in front of me about 4:45 PM, maybe 30-40 yards out ,and then stood sideways. What more could you ask for ?

So, mine is dead, and I'm waiting for the processing place to call and say it's ready for me to pick up.

Seasons over, another good one for me. I took a doe during the early intensive harvest season in Oct. at 168 yards. Then the second day of the regular season a buck at 48 yards and another 15 minutes later at 100 yards. All were clean, one shot kills and that is the best part for me. Hank.

GDI, every time I see one of those I get pissed off that I only have a .50 BMG.

Really, it is soooooo not cool that I don't have one of those. How much is the destructive device tax again?!?!?!
It turns out that what you have is less important than what you do with it.

It's fun to see it shot. Goes completely through a V-8 engine block and transmission, front to back through entire car. Shooter is jerked back about two feet and you can hear every bone in their body crack........but yea, it is fun to watch..........

Dammit hammAR, once again, I'm labelled as "that guy who has sporadic fits of laughter for no reason" at work, and it's all because of you. You owe me a beer.

Here I am again minding my own business and being attacked. I just happened to look at this thread 5 pages in and this is what I get. I can see I'm going to have to watch ALL threads for slander of my questionable name. In my defense Ttootsie told me that's how they did it in the Navy I didn't just volunteer for that. I knew something was up when he whispered "ssshhhhh its ok all sailors do it".  8-) :P :x  :D :)
