The only way to go is DIY. You can match and with practice exceed any butcher shop out there and tailor it to your taste.

Think of it like reloading. Will you spend less? No, but you will spend less per pound and eat more! ;)

If you're in the western part of MN, Fergus Locker is the best. In Fergus Falls of course.

Side note, if anyone has just too much venison I will gladly open my deep freeze up to donations. It is large, hungry and lonely.
