The DNR is working on getting pictures and descriptions of the mounts so we can post them far and wide and catch these dumbasses.

From the above linked strib article:
"....Thieves broke into the DNR facility on the 700 block of East Conway between Jan. 7 and Jan. 10...."

This is actually the address area where the stuff was recovered.
And some folks wonder how a plastic pistol can be called an 'assault weapon', or 'machine gun'....

700 block of East Conway

very high class area

actually it was until I moved out  I lived at 691 until I was 5 yrs old.

Also, there is no East designation since there is no West .

Here's your boneheads:

"Investigators were watching the address when they saw some items being loaded into the van outside of the address," he says.

Officers pulled the van over when it drove away, and found some of the property reported stolen by the DNR. Rylander and Hague were also in the van, and police brought them into custody, says Keating.

"A short time after that, police executed a search warrant at the address on Conway, and found lots of stuff," he says

I wonder what their facebook pages look like.

Tomato theft ties suspect to DNR break-in
In recorded call, jail inmate asked friend to move stolen items

A stolen tomato appears to have led police to a suspect in last week's theft from the Minnesota Department of Natural Resources.

Timothy Keith Heidenreich, 39, made a call from the Washington County Jail, according to search warrants filed Wednesday, and asked a friend for help moving items allegedly stolen from the DNR office in St. Paul.

Heidenreich was in jail for stealing a tomato from a lunchroom.

A Washington County sheriff's sergeant told St. Paul police about the call Jan. 10. When an officer listened to recordings, he heard Heidenreich tell "Terry," "It's really good stuff and worth a lot of money," the affidavit said. "Timothy later indicates the van is full of at least $15,000 (worth of) stuff."
