Dried/Chipped Venison

Howdy Folks,

I know there is another thread about venison processing, but my question is a bit more specific. I am wondering if anyone ever has any dried/chipped venison made up, and who you have do it? I have found one place that will do it in So St. Paul, but it didn't turn out so hot.

Have not tried it, but have had many types of Brats, sausage, and smoked salmon from there, all have been good.
