Hwy 12 adopt a highway

I going west on HWY 12 between Orono and Maple Plain today. The adopt a highway sign said
This section has been adopted by " Minnesota Carry Permit Holders". I seen it and it made my
day! I was wondering, when is the clean up days and who do I talk to about helping with it?
