Yes, it's your duty as a concerned citizen! I generally call 911 to report everyone who passes me going more than the posted speed limit.

Oh come on - I couldn't make it because I am in Florida and I am dying to know.

Don't worry - I will be back in 2 weeks to reclaim 4th place in production with a nice tan.

There was a couple guys at Bill's Robbinsdale doing the same last night; kind of obnoxious.
I too was at robbinsdale Wednesday and saw this. I found it to be a bit over the top, but like you did not report it. To other who said why did you not report it, while I found it offensive to me, I don't cry to authorities about every thing that is not within what I consider my moral or ethical standards.

I believe I personally know the "two guys" at Robbinsdale that collect the brass. I met them while buying brass from them. They bragged about getting over 75 lbs of brass one day last week. They use a long pole and squeegie to get brass out in front of the firing line and scoop up loads of it. They just paid $1000 (according to them) for a Range Membership at Bill's and go to both locations at least once a week. One of the two makes his sole income by harvesting the brass, sorting and cleaning it, then selling it on Armslist and Craigslist.

I don't know how they get to do it on a regular basis, but they claim they are making a very good income by doing this. I don't believe I would have the nerve, to try doing this at a public range.

I guess that's why I end up buying replacement brass as I always miss getting some of mine back. At least until spring. I joined a gun club that's outdoors and will be getting ALL of my expended brass back. :)
