3-gun Match

MN3GunGroup will be putting on a 3-gun match at the SCAPSA Range near Clearwater MN on Sat. March 15th. The bays have been cleared of snow and there really shouldn't be anything holding us back from having a fun day on the range. Set up will start at 0730 hrs. for those that want to help, newer shooters are encouraged to assist with set up for two reasons.
#1: You can learn a lot about the sport and have questions answered by some of the best shooters in the country.
#2: A lot of the targets are heavy and many hands make easy work .

Warm cloths and boots, chemical hand warmers, and strap on ice cleats might be a good idea. At this time of year we generally try to set up stages that don't require a lot of movement due to safety reasons. Cold hands, ice under our feet, and loaded guns is sometimes not a harmonious situation. We try to reduce the risk as much as possible.

Bring 100 rounds of rifle, pistol, and shotgun birdshot along with 10 slugs. You will be set with enough ammo for the match and you will be taking some home with you.
