I mentioned this League on another post of mine.
I had Ben, the owner of Lakes Trading and Gun Range send me the information on this upcoming League which will start the Tuesday, November 4th.
I will be overseeing the shooting of this League, and plan on putting in a few wrinkles of my own during the weeks of this League just to make it a tad more fun.
For starters, Forest Lake Sportsmen's Club Pistol League will donate 3# of bologna to the last place shooter
Here is what I copied from Ben's email to me, for you to see:
CENTERFIRE COMBAT PISTOL LEAGUE
TUESDAY NIGHT
League Duration: November 4 th–Tuesday December 23rd
(8 weeks)
League Cost: $125 (tax and targets included)
Course of Fire:
Target 1
–
10 feet, 6 rounds, Master Hand 8 seconds
Target 2
–
10 feet, 6 rounds, Both Hands 5 seconds
Target 3
–
21 feet, 6 rounds, Master Hand 10 seconds
Target 4
–
21 feet, 6 rounds, Supported Weak Hand 15 seconds
Target 5
–
50 feet, 6 rounds, Both Hands 12 seconds
Target 6
–
21 feet, 12 rounds, Both Hands (Mandatory Reload) 24 seconds
Perfect Score: 420 points
Scoring: Shooters will score their own targets. One proxy target is able to be purchased at $12. The
proxy target is used to replace the lowest scored target at the end of the league and is allowed to be
shot anytime during the duration of the league. Awards will be handed out at the end of the league
during the awards banquet.
Shooters will be allowed to shoot after league is done for an additional $5. Practice targets will be
available for purchase at $.50/piece.
Cost breakdown is $15.50/week (tax included)
