Is there any outdoors range that's still open to to public around the twin city?

There's not much in the way of outdoor ranges open to the public at this time of year. Given your location is listed as Maplewood, your best options for outdoor shooting at this time of year involve becoming a member at either OGC or BESA. The good news is that both clubs are pretty reasonable in terms of membership costs, and if you become a member, you can then shoot year round.

What do you want to shoot?

Might be some OGC members willing to take you out there.

After the initial fee at OGC it is very cheap to maintain. Initial is around $100 as is annual. I think annual dues are going up a bit for next year.

You also have 18 hours in service to perform a year. 2 days as range officer fulfill that.

What does it cost for a lane at Bills? I think it is $20. 5 or 6 trips to the range a year and you have made that back. A lot of times at OGC you are alone and can shoot all you want.

Good luck finding a place to shoot.
