I just tried logging in with old username and password........rejected

Used my email as user name with the reset password function.....got an email...clicked reset and got second e-mail with password...got in and reset password.

Looks like former user names are out and you have to use e-mail for user name

Good luck........and BTW Theresa has been on Vacation all this week

I sent an email a few days ago. I didn't expect an immediate response and I wasn't disappernted. I suppose that if they want to be open to the public and have RSO's they'll get the site functioning. If I get a response I will post it.

Interesting that that worked for you. I tried that and never heard a word. And I first tried to contact someone about 3 weeks ago, so vacation this week isn't a valid excuse. As hard h2o implied, June 3rd could be a very interesting day.

Well, if YOU can get in, I guess that means that normal members that Jerry doesn't hate SHOULD be able to get in!!! With Jimmy's programming, however, that might mean that you were just the 3rd person who tried to log in, and were standing on your left foot and scratching your right nut at the time....

ttousi's method worked for me, to get logged in. But, the RSO signup still isn't available.

What is a "right foot"?

The site went live without the fixes I insisted the developer make, then he went on vacation without notice. So there are many issues unresolved. He is currently not responding to me... which is disturbing since he seemed like a responsible developer.

Best thing to do is try log in with your email address, use the Forgot Password function if you need to, assuming your details were uploaded to the new site. A number of people have signed up for RSO duty so hopefully you won't get the 'click and it returns to home page' issue.

It's built on WordPress and ARMember Pro, so this issue should not be happening. But until our developer resolves these issues, we are stuck. I will be calling him again today.

I finally got into the site. I had tried the "forgot password" earlier, but no luck. Today it worked. But...I can't sign up for service. Everything I click on takes me right back to the home page.

Looks like I can sign up for RSO now.

A fix just went in, the redirect from the RSO sign up events has been resolved. Please try signing up again. He's also verifying members today so hopefully more progress for those that don't have access will be resolved very soon.

Well, I think I got signed up. Have email confirmations anyway. Managed to get signed in using the "forgot my password" feature. Should be changed to "we forgot your password" instead. Had my name wrong, no info in my profile, and no badge number so changed that. No wonder my badge does not work any longer.

Great. Now I have an email with a ticket number and a security code along with a QR code (whatever that is) that I am supposed to scan, I guess with a smell phone that I do not ever intend to own.

A simple confirmation would have sufficed. Giving this some kind of "nuclear football" mystic is lost on me, as so many things these days are.

I was finally able to register for the dates I wanted.
