Yep, I'm getting the same issue right now.
Same here. Emailed the tech guy with no response. Probably will try Teresa next. She seems to be only one who can get anything done around there.
I just dug up the email from the club regarding the procedure to log into the new site(sent mid-May)
I was able to use the provided link (it's member/ user specific, as my email address is embedded in the link); the procedure outlined therein got me logged in again.
Oddly, the normal 'lost password' email appears to refer one to the Marketing Director to resolve issues...
