T'was definitely a fun time. Cold, but fun.

Cover garments, concealment holsters and gloves/mittens, will make you wonder what you are really going to have to train for.

It ain't all warm enclosed gun ranges kiddies. Let go play....

Hey. I was not AWOL, I was outside in that blizzard the entire day with a zoo full of 7-year-olds whose parents parked them in ski school for the day. Every single one of them had a 30-second attention span and a 2-ounce bladder capacity, and a bizarre inability to keep their mittens on. I worked my butt off.

I would much rather have been sitting in a cozy classroom with my feet up on the desk, critiquing ttousi's color choice in handbags. I bet you all looked foxy.

I was out playing on Sat AM - we got to the range at 0845 and it started to snow promptly at 0900 - by 1000 - there was about an inch on the ground.

Shooting in the cold and the snow is a LOT different than a nice warm range - but I ama fari weather fighter - I prefer to shoot indoors in the winter.

The roads out here were complete horsepoo in short order.

Me too. You'd never wear chartreuse with that shirt, would you. Much more of a heliotrope guy.
